Claire joined the Fitzherbert Rowe team as General Manager in 2021 bringing with her a wealth of experience leading people.

She takes pride in building long-standing relationships and is passionate about strategy and business planning as this provides direction and clarity. Claire is focussed on continuous improvement, looking at how we can work smarter through both digital transformation and improved business practises.

Outside of work you’ll find Claire with her husband and two children on their family dairy farm or pitching in with the local community, taking the dog for a walk, baking, or with a glass of wine in hand in the evenings.
