ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

When sadly when someone passes away there is a requirement to effectively administer the estate of the deceased which can be quite daunting for the family. This is a stressful time and our Estate Administration team are skilled in handling the process smoothly, with a minimum of fuss.

Our Estate Administrator will work with the Executor appointed by the deceased in their Will or the Administrator where there isn’t a Will. This involves registering the death, applying for probate (legally registering the Will), settling any debts, keeping records of any dealings involving the estates accounts, and distributing the estates to the beneficiaries named in the Will.

Contact our Estate Administrator who will guide you through this process. Please refer to our
information booklet “Estate Administration” below.
